Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made through Maison Malena.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order or a recurring subscription at any time by emailing studio@maisonmalena.com. For subscriptions, cancellation stops any future renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

2. Refund eligibility

• If you cancel within 14 days of a purchase and the product or service has not been substantially delivered or used, you are entitled to a full refund.
• For digital items or services already delivered, and for custom or made-to-order works, refunds may be limited as permitted by law.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

3. How to request a refund

Email studio@maisonmalena.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
